Return & Refund Policy

All returns require a return authorization number, which must be written on the outside of the return package. Please use our online returns portal to request a return authorization number and a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Please return items in the same manner as when they were shipped. All items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging, and must be returned in a shipping bag. For shoe returns, please place the shoe box in another shipping box or bag. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

Return processing time is currently 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Please log in to our online returns portal. If you need to exchange the same item, simply contact our customer service team to place a new order. We will charge the purchase price of the new item and your chosen shipping method. Once we have processed your return authorization, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your original payment account. If you paid using a gift card or other unusable bank card, we will not be able to refund your credit card. All refunds will be returned directly to the original payment account used at checkout.

Custom-made items are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable. Custom-made items cannot be returned if the final color does not match the color shown in the confirmed sample, or if it does not match the color of other items ordered.

Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All return authorizations exceeding $250 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
