(g) Promoting illegal activities or engaging in abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or disparaging behavior; or

(h) Infringing or violating the rights of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, including but not limited to unauthorized disclosure of another person’s name, email address). (i) promoting illegal or unauthorized copies of another person’s copyrighted work (see “Copyright Complaints” below for instructions on how to file a complaint about uploaded copyrighted material), such as providing links to pirated computer programs or their contents, providing information on circumventing anti-copying devices installed by the manufacturer, or providing links to pirated music or pirated music files; or (j) containing pages that are restricted or password-only, or hidden pages or images (pages or images that are not linked to or linked from other accessible pages); or (l) providing material that exploits another person sexually, violently, or otherwise improperly, or soliciting personal information from anyone; Or

(m) Providing guidance on illegal activities, such as manufacturing or purchasing illegal weapons, violating the privacy of others, or providing or creating computer viruses; or

(n) Containing videos, photographs, or images without the express written consent and permission of others, or, in the case of minors, without the consent or permission of their guardians; or

(o) Attempting unauthorized access or access beyond the scope of authorized access (as defined in this Agreement and other applicable codes of conduct or end-user access and licensing agreements), accessing the website or personal profiles, blogs, communities, account information, announcements, friend requests, or other areas of the website, or soliciting passwords or personally identifiable information from other users for commercial or illegal purposes; or

(p) Engaging in commercial activities and/or sales, such as contests, lotteries, barter transactions, advertising and pyramid schemes, or buying and selling “virtual” items related to the website, without prior written consent. In these Terms of Use, “Prior Written Consent” means a written notice issued by a legal officer specifically to you regarding the activities or conduct for which you seek authorization; or

(q) soliciting gambling or participating in any gambling activity that the legal officer deems illegal or may be interpreted as illegal; or

(z) Threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, threatening friendly relations with foreign countries, disturbing public order, inciting any criminally liable offense, obstructing the investigation of any offense, or insulting any other country; or

(aa) Not being false, inaccurate or misleading; or

(ab) Not directly or indirectly offering, attempting to offer, trading or attempting to trade any item whose trading is prohibited or restricted in any way under any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline; or

(ac) Not incurring our liability or causing us (in whole or in part) to lose the services of Internet service providers or other suppliers. You may not use any “deep linking,” “page crawling,” “bots,” “web crawlers,” or other automated devices, programs, algorithms, or methods, or any similar or equivalent manual processes, to access, obtain, copy, or monitor any part or any content of this website, or to in any way copy or bypass the navigation structure or presentation of this website or any content to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information not expressly provided through this website. The right to prohibit any such activities is reserved.

Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

Jurisdiction Issues/India-Only Sales
Unless otherwise stated, all goods on this website are for sale in India only. There is no warranty that the goods on this website are suitable for or can be used in any region/country outside of India. Users accessing this website from regions/countries outside of India do so at their own discretion and are not responsible for the supply/refund of goods ordered from regions/countries outside of India, or for compliance with applicable local laws.

Trademarks, Copyrights, and Restrictions
This website is controlled and operated by us. All materials on this website, including logos, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned or controlled by us, or by other parties who have authorized us to use such materials. You may not reproduce, reprint, upload, publish, transmit, or distribute such materials in any way, including by email or other electronic means, whether directly or indirectly, nor assist any other person in doing so. Modifying materials, using materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or using materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use without the owner’s prior written consent constitutes an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights and is prohibited. Any use for which you are compensated (whether in monetary or other form) is considered commercial use for the purposes of these Terms.

Copyright Complaints We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work/post/comment/image has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may contact us by email.

However, all logos provided by any individual/client/association/team/club, etc., will be considered the legal owner and full property of that logo. We are not responsible for any infringement of copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights for any logo submitted by any individual/client/association/team/club, etc., through our kit generator/custom design tool, if that logo is not legally owned/created/made/drawn by that individual/client/association/team/club, etc.

We will not accept or process any logos that we firmly believe are not owned by an individual/client/association/team/club, etc., on their website and in their kit customization/design tool. For any misuse of our website and jersey customization/design tools, or any actions that damage our image through such illegal activities, we will not only notify the relevant individuals/customers/associations/teams/clubs, but also take legal action.

15-Day Exchange Guarantee

(1) We offer a 30-day exchange service from the date of product delivery. If any product you ordered from our website is defective, you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery if you discover any defects, according to the following terms and conditions:

If any defects are found, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will replace the product with the same one and return the defective product.

For other return requests, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will replace it with the same product.

III. Replacements can be for the entire product or a part of the product, provided that the product is in stock.

(2) The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Losses caused by product misuse;

Accidental damage caused by product malfunction;

Any used consumables;

Products with altered or missing serial numbers/UPC codes;

Any damage/defect not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

Any returned product lacking all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging (if any), and all other items included with the product delivery, will not be accepted for return.

Disclaimer: “Any decision regarding the 15-day exchange guarantee for products sold on the website is at the sole discretion of the seller and is final and binding. The seller reserves the right to revoke and/or change the 15-day exchange guarantee at any time without notice in any way.”

Promotions/Offers/End-of-Season Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotions/discounts apply only to selected items. While a wide variety of promotional items are available, some items may be excluded.

End-of-season promotions continue until sold out. A maximum discount of 50% does not mean all items are included in the discount.

No two offers can be combined. Prices displayed on the website may change during the ordering process due to technical issues, printing errors, or incorrect information provided by suppliers and service providers. If you find any price or billing errors, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve them promptly.

All offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to extend/terminate/modify/add/remove/change (all or part) offers/sales at any time without prior notice, and such decisions are final and require no notification to the customer in any way.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
